Getting paid
When do I get paid? When a referral you sent closes and earns its reward, that amount is paid to you on your program’s payout schedule. You can follow each payment under Payments. See Get paid.
Why hasn’t my payment come through? The most common reason is that your setup isn’t finished. You need both a payout method and a valid tax form on file. Your portal flags anything missing. See If a payment hasn’t arrived.
Can I be paid in my own currency? Yes. You choose the currency you’re paid in, and the conversion is handled for you at the time of payment. There’s nothing extra to set up.
Taxes
Why do I need to complete a tax form? A valid tax form has to be on file before any payment can be released to you. Your portal guides you to the right form for where you’re based.
Will I get a 1099? If you’re in the US, you may receive a 1099 summarizing what you were paid over the year. The exact rules depend on how you’re paid and how much.
Referrals
How do I submit a referral? From Referrals in your portal, or with a referral link your program gives you. See Submit a referral.
What do the referral statuses mean? Each referral moves through stages from submitted to closed. See Track your referrals.
Agreements
Why am I being asked to sign something before I can continue? Some agreements have to be signed before you can use the rest of the portal. Sign it and you’ll carry straight on. See Sign agreements.
It says I’m waiting on a colleague to sign. Why? Your program named a specific person to sign on your organization’s behalf, and it isn’t you. Once they sign, access opens for everyone on your team.
Your team & profile
How do I add a colleague to the portal? If your role allows it, open Team, invite them by email, and choose their role. See Your team.
Where do I update my payout or tax details? In your profile for personal earnings, or in your organization for company earnings. Which you see depends on how you’re paid.
Signing in
My activation or sign-in link expired. What now? Request a fresh link from the sign-in page. See Join & sign in.
Can I use one login for more than one program? Yes. If you partner with more than one program that runs on Lasso, the same login can work across all of them.
