Your organization

If you’re paid as a company, your organization has its own settings, separate from your personal profile. Open Organization from your portal. You’ll see this section if your role lets you manage the organization.

What you can manage

• Company details and logo: your organization’s name, website, and branding.
• The organization’s tax form: the tax form for company-level earnings.
• The organization’s payout method: where company-level rewards go.
• Your agreements: a quick link to the agreements for your organization.

Setting the organization’s tax form and payout method once covers everyone on your team for company-level rewards, so each person doesn’t have to set up their own.

Organization vs. personal

Think of it as two levels:

• Organization (here): for rewards paid to your company. Managed by whoever on your side has permission.
• Personal (in your profile): for rewards paid to you as an individual. Managed by each person.

Your program decides which of these apply to you, and the portal only shows the setup you actually need.
