Your organization

If you’re paid as a company, your organization has its own settings, separate from your personal profile. Open Organization from your portal. You’ll see this section if your role lets you manage the organization.

What you can manage

• Company details and logo: your organization’s name, website, and branding.
• The organization’s tax form and payout method: set once, they cover everyone on your team for company-level rewards, so each person doesn’t have to set up their own. See Get paid.
• Your domains: the email domains that belong to your organization. See Organization domains and who can join.
• Your agreements: a quick link to the agreements for your organization.

Organization vs. personal

• Organization (here): for rewards paid to your company. Managed by whoever on your side has permission.
• Personal (in your profile): for rewards paid to you as an individual. Managed by each person.

Your program decides which of these apply to you, and the portal only shows the setup you actually need.

Your settings follow you across programs

Your organization is the same organization everywhere in Lasso. If your company works with more than one company that runs its partner program on Lasso, you set your payout method and tax form once, and they apply everywhere. A colleague who joins one of those programs is already set up to be paid.

If you remove your organization’s payout method, it’s removed in every program, not just the one you’re looking at. Everyone with permission in each program is notified, so nobody discovers it from a payment that didn’t arrive. Add a new one to start being paid again.

If you use a personal email address

If you joined with a personal address (for example Gmail or Outlook), your organization is just you. The Organization page shows your Email instead of a company domain, and it explains that the record is you as an individual. Payout methods and tax details on it are shared by every partner program you join with that same address. There are no domains to confirm.
