Partner agreements
Most partner programs need paperwork: a partnership agreement, terms of service, an NDA. Lasso handles the whole lifecycle of those agreements, from a reusable template to a signed PDF on record, so a partner can sign electronically and you always know where things stand.
Built from templates
You create an agreement once as a template, with the partner’s details filled in automatically wherever you need them (their name, the date, and so on). From that template you send an agreement to any partner, so you’re not rewriting the same document for everyone.
Signed electronically, on the record
Partners review and sign in their portal, no printing or scanning. Agreements can be one-sided (the partner signs) or two-sided (both you and the partner sign, in either order). When signing is complete, Lasso produces a signed PDF with the signature details on record, available to both sides. Already have something signed outside Lasso? You can upload that PDF so every agreement lives in one place.
Require an agreement before a partner starts
You can mark an agreement as required, so a partner has to sign it before they can use their portal. It’s how you make sure the paperwork is done before a partnership gets going, and it fits naturally into onboarding a new partner.
Stay on top of status
You see every agreement across your partners in one place, filterable by where each one stands: drafted, out for signature, signed, or voided. Everyone involved is notified at the right moments, so an agreement doesn’t stall waiting on a signature nobody knew about.
