Referral submission forms
A referral is the core thing a partner sends you: a lead they want to register and earn on. Lasso gives you a submission form for capturing those referrals, and you decide what it asks. The same questions apply whether a partner submits from inside their portal or through a public form you share.
Two ways referrals come in
- From the partner portal. Signed-in partners submit referrals from their portal and then track each one’s status as it moves through your pipeline. They can save a partly-filled referral as a draft and finish it later.
- From a public form. Each form also has a public link that needs no login, so a partner can submit a referral from anywhere you put the form. It’s the same form and the same questions, just open to people who aren’t signed in.
Both routes land the referral in the same place: your referrals list, ready for your team to review.
You control what the form asks
The form starts with the essentials (who the lead is and how to reach them) and you shape the rest. You can reorder questions, add ones you’ve used elsewhere, and create new ones in the answer format that fits, so partners give you exactly the context your team needs to act on a referral. You decide which questions are required and which are optional.
Answers flow into your CRM
When a referral comes in, the details partners enter can be mapped straight into your CRM, so a new deal or opportunity lands populated with partner attribution and referral context already in place. And when a company is already in your CRM, the form can recognize it and bring known details forward, so partners aren’t re-entering what you already have. How each answer maps is something you configure once. See CRM field mapping.
Sharing the form
Because the public form needs no login, you can put it wherever referrals come from: share the link directly with partners, or embed it on a page of your own so it’s part of your own site. Signed-in partners always have the in-portal version available too.
