Team & roles
Running a partner program is rarely a one-person job, and not everyone needs the same access. Lasso lets you invite your team and decide what each person can do, on both sides: your account team who run the program, and your partners’ teams who use the portal.
Your account team
Invite the people on your side into Lasso and assign each a role that sets what they can see and do. Roles are built from granular permissions, so you can keep things appropriately scoped: a finance teammate who works with payouts, a partner manager who works with partners and referrals, an admin with full access. You can use the roles Lasso provides or define your own.
Your partners’ teams
Partners have teams too, and they manage their own in the portal: a partner can invite their colleagues and give each one a partner role. You define what those partner roles allow, from submitting referrals to handling the company’s payout and tax setup to signing agreements, so partners get exactly the access that fits how they work with you.
How access works
Everyone you invite gets an email to activate their account. From then on, what they can do follows their role, and changing a role updates it for everyone who has it. Because access is permission-based, you can grant exactly what someone needs without handing over the keys to everything.
The full set of named partner roles is available on some plans; others have a simpler set. If you’d like more granular partner roles, contact your account manager.
